■Things that bring every day
・Change of clothes
　※ long sleeves,short sleeves,pants,etc.
　　 If children stay,must include pajamas.
・Contact book
　※ We will provide free.
・Daycare bag
　※ We will provide free.
・Plastic bag
　※ Such as a bag of Supermarket is good.
　　 To wrap dirty things,replace every day.

■Things that is prepared to Nursery
Free　: Ass wiper,Tissue,Bedding(pillows,blanket,mattress),
　　　　Change of clothes(Preliminary)
charge: Powdered milk,Baby bottles,Nipples,Disposable diapers

■Illness that must not attend
By law,children can not attend
when they Infected the diseases in the following table.
To attend again,Parents must show the certificate of healing
or the Permit of attendance,which there is signature of doctor.

Measles	Heat,the miliary-shaped white points in mouth,and rash
Rubella	Slight cold,and the rash with fever
Chickenpox	Rash and blister with heat
Mumps	Heat, swelling below the ear
Pertussis	With no heat,and increases the cough at night
Pharyngoconjunctival Heat	Symptoms of a throat(pharyngitis),symptoms of an eye(conjunctivitis)
Polio	Heated,or after defervescence,hands and feet will be state of weakness
Influenza	High heat,Arthritis,Upper airway inflammation
Hand foot and mouth disease	red Rash or Blister(blisters) on the palms, soles, or mouth
Epidemic conjunctivitis	Hyperemia of white of eyes,Eye mucus,Foreign-body sensation
Bullous impetigo	blisters(blisters) here and there on the body

　※ There are other infectious diseases of the above that
　　 need infectious disease treatment certificate.
　　 For example it is Erythema infectiosum.
　　 Certificate will be required when attend Nursery again.
　　 If doctors said that will be a contagious disease,
　　 please report staff of Nursery.

When children bring drugs, 　　　　　　　　　please fill out to Contact book 　　　　　　　　　the reasons for taking drug, 　　　　　　　　　and how to take drug.	The tip of the nail grown is 　　　　　　　　　a place where germs can easily 　　　　　　　　　accumulate. Every day, inspect 　　　　　　　　　the nails of children.	Every day, please let have a 　　　　　　　　　change of clothes. Because 　　　　　　　　　children sweat in playing, 　　　　　　　　　or defile in the Meal.

Write name of child to containers. 　　　　　　　　　To Bag if medicine is powder. 　　　　　　　　　To Bottle if medicine is syrup. 　　　　　　　　　Please inform staff of Nursery.	Please write the name of child 　　　　　　　　　to all of the clothing,shoes and 　　　　　　　　　possessions.	Absence,Tardiness,Leave early, 　　　　　　　　　Childcare outside the contract, 　　　　　　　　　at these time please inform to 　　　　　　　　　Nursery in advance.
